I advise clients on a range of matters, including preparation of Wills and Powers of Attorney, estate planning, the creation and administration of Trusts, obtaining probate and the administration of estates.

I also advise vulnerable clients (or their families) in respect of their financial affairs and planning, mental capacity and care issues, health and welfare matters and applications to the Court of Protection. Court applications that I have dealt with include applications for Deputy orders, statutory Wills, gifting by an attorney or deputy, the removal of an attorney or deputy, appointment of a Trustee, seeking judgement in respect of Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards and orders for sale in respect of property.

I enjoy working with my clients to guide them through the legal process and documentation, explaining legal terminology so that they fully understand what will need to be done during what may be a difficult or emotional time.

Away from the office, I love to travel and I am an avid reader of astrology.
